1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Non-returnable Items: Custom frames, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Change of mind is not acceptable.
2. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your

parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Late or Missing Refunds

4. Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [Fawadframes26@gmail.com] and send your item to [Fawad Frames, Super Market, F/6, Islamabad, Pakistan].
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please follow the same process as returns.
5. Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Tracking: If you are shipping an item oversize, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will
receive your returned item.
